Labour Party presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections, Peter Obi, on
Thursday held a close-door meeting with former President Goodluck Jonathan in Abuja.Obi, who’s a former Anambra State governor, made this known in a post on his X handle.
According to Peter Obi, the meeting with the president was to discuss the state of the nation, describing it as “fruitful”.
Today in Abuja, I met with my very dear elder brother, statesman, and leader, former President Goodluck Jonathan @GEJonathan. We had a fruitful closed-door meeting and discussed the state of our dear nation. -PO”
